Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Techado Tech COS ("we," "us," or "Our"), is a Client Operations System and CRM designed for high-performance agencies globally. By accessing or using our web application or desktop application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "User" means any individual or business entity registered to use the Service.
• "Active Client" means a unique customer record with at least one non-draft quotation in the system.
• "Subscription Plan" means the tiered service levels (Freelancer, Studio, Agency) that govern access to features and client limits.

3. Eligibility

Techado Tech COS is designed for professional agencies and freelancers. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms. While we support global currencies, it is your responsibility to comply with local regulations in your operating jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription Model

Techado Tech COS operates on a tiered subscription basis.

• Freelancer: Limited to 3 Active Clients. Free to use.
• Studio: Limited to 20 Active Clients. Billed monthly.
• Agency: Unlimited Active Clients. Billed monthly.
• Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to CRM and quotation features.

6. Professional Billing & CRM

Techado Tech COS provides professional invoicing, project management (Kanban), and CRM features. You remain solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information entered into quotations and project milestones.
• Ensuring your business complies with all applicable local tax laws and financial reporting.
• Managing your own client relationships and data accuracy.

We provide software tools, not professional tax or legal advice.

7. Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed securely through Pesapal or other designated processors. By making a payment, you agree to the processor's terms of service. We are not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

8. AI Coaching & Data

Our AI Coaching features provide automated insights based on your business data. These suggestions are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for any business decisions made based on these insights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Techado Tech COS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Techado Tech and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techado Tech COS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, unless otherwise dictated by international service agreements.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
