Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Techado Tech COS ("we," "us," or "our"), a comprehensive Client Operations System designed for elite agencies operating in the Republic of Zambia. By accessing or using our web application or desktop application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "User" means any individual or business entity registered to use the Service.
  • "Credits" means the prepaid units purchased by the User to access system features, including invoicing and portal management.
  • "ZRA" means the Zambia Revenue Authority.
  • "TPIN" means the Tax Payer Identification Number issued by ZRA.

3. Eligibility

To use Techado Tech COS, you must be a registered business entity in Zambia with a valid TPIN. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Pay-As-You-Go Credit System

Techado Tech COS operates on a prepaid credit model. There are no monthly subscription fees.

  • Credits are purchased via Mobile Money or other payment methods facilitated by Pesapal.
  • Each invoice generated consumes one (1) credit.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.

6. ZRA Compliance

Techado Tech COS facilitates compliance with the Zambia Revenue Authority's Smart Invoice requirements and provides secure client portals. However, you remain solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information entered into invoices.
  • Ensuring your business complies with all applicable tax laws.
  • Maintaining your own ZRA registration and TPIN validity.

We do not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Pesapal. By making a payment, you agree to Pesapal's terms of service. We are not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile network operators.

8. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2021 of Zambia. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Techado Tech COS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Techado Tech and are protected by Zambian and international intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techado Tech COS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
