How to Use
Techado Tech COS

A simple, step-by-step guide to running your agency's operations. No technical skills required.

Create Your Account

First, sign up for a free account. We'll ask for your Business Name and a few details. (TPIN is only required for Zambian tax compliance). This creates your Agency Dashboard, which is the command center for your entire business.

What to looks for:

Look for the "Get Started Free" button on the homepage. You can sign up with your email or Google account.

Add Your Clients

Once logged in, go to the "Clients" tab. Click "Add Client" and enter their details (Name, Email, Tax ID). This saves them in your system so you don't have to type their info every time you send an invoice.

Launch a Client Portal

This is the magic part. For each client, you can enable a Client Portal with one click. This gives them a private website (e.g., portal.techado.co/your-client) where they can:

  • View and pay all their invoices.
  • Download files you share with them.
  • See project status updates.

Send an Invoice

Ready to get paid? Click "New Invoice", select your client, and add your items. Our system automatically handles tax calculations (including ZRA Smart Invoice for Zambia). Hit "Send", and your client gets a professional email with a payment link.
